Deciding to use the name Thinkware, our company was launched in March 1997. The reasoning behind our name came from our basic goal which is to build upon the foundation of modern civilization to create added value (Ware) via a constant focus on new ideas (Think). Over the course of the nine years since establishment, Thinkware has endured many trials and tribulations to achieve continued growth. In the early days, the company was mired in the midst of the country's IMF crisis, but this circumstance actually provided an impetus for accelerated development of competitive technologies, particularly in the mobile commun-ication products (including I-Navi Phone's location finder) sector. The following year, we unveiled the I-Navi (Internet NAVI) brand, (which quickly rose to the number one market position in the country, a status it still holds today) as well as the ThinkNAVI brand, which has met with a great reception in overseas markets. Maintaining the virtue of humility and always awake to change, Thinkware works to achieve sustained growth via unceasing creative processes. To this end: We will always strive to keep a fundamental focus on dedication and integrity. Upon this foundation, we will continue to build a corporate culture with compassion; to develop technology that stays one step ahead with a view to the future; to adopt a holistic approach to product design; and to maintain top priority on customer service. We will keep ourselves firmly rooted in reality to be a rational company that can efficiently realize increased competitiveness. With our feet firmly grounded in the reality of our competitive environment, we will construct a coopera-tive structure as well as constantly upgrading our organization in order to effectively meet customer needs. We pledge to put forth our best ongoing efforts to sustain rationality, integrity, and awareness to change in order to shape the future. Thank you.
